Mr. Furner is an associate at Babcock Scott & Babcock, PC where he practices construction law and aids in the firm’s representation of developers, engineers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and owners.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Furner spent over a decade installing heating, venting, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) systems on residential and commercial projects. While working as an HVAC installer, Mr. Furner learned first-hand how construction projects operate on a day-to-day basis. Mr. Furner’s experience as a laborer, and now as an attorney, gives him a unique perspective in the legal community.
