Ms. Harouny is the newest associate at Babcock Scott & Babcock, P.C., where she practices construction law and aids in the firm’s representation of developers, engineers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and owners.

Ms. Harouny is a Utah native who is committed to improving her community. While that started out as teaching (Kindergarten and German), now she strives to help her clients resolve legal issues and return to their successful and productive careers. In 2023 she won the “Best Oralist” award in her region of the National Moot Court Competition, and she continues to advocate zealously for her clients.
