Andrew L. Berne

Mr. Berne is a shareholder at Babcock Scott & Babcock. He practices construction law and related litigation. He aids in the firm’s representation of architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and owners. He is experienced in trials, arbitrations, motions, and has argued before the Utah Court of Appeals.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Berne was able to use his construction management degree while he built homes in central Oregon. While there, Mr. Berne was intricately involved with subcontractors, material suppliers, local government officials, and owners.
